Where can you deliver to?

We deliver for free anywhere in England, Wales and Scotland (including Scottish Highlands).

Which days do you deliver?

We only deliver every Tuesday and Friday during the week, excluding Bank Holidays.

Uncle Pinoy and Our Filipino Food Partners create food in small batches; carefully planning our production around these delivery days. We strive to maximise quality for our customers.

How do you deliver my order?

Your order is shipped through our trusted shipping providers:

  • Uncle Pinoy Products via DPD.
  • Filipino Food Partner Products via Royal Mail. 

Once your order is prepared it is handed over to the shipping providers and delivered directly to you via their network.

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been accepted by our shipping providers.

We aim to ensure that all orders are delivered safely and efficiently through our shipping providers.

How do I place an order?

  1. Choose your favourite Filipino Foods from our Panaderia Classics or Malinamnam Classics.
  2. Select your Portion Size & Add To Cart.
  3. Proceed to Checkout. 🛒
  4. Add your details and valid shipping address.
  5. Complete payment with our various payment options.
  6. Confirmation Email will be sent to you to confirm your order details. Check your junk folder just in case.
  7. See your order history by creating an account with the same email: Click Here

What if I order from different Filipino Food Partners? 

If your order includes items from different Filipino Food Partners, they will arrive in different boxes and at different times during the day.  

Our Filipino Food Partners prepares and dispatches their products individually to ensure quality, freshness, and proper handling of their products.

How can I order for my special occasion?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery date requests.

If you're hosting for a special occasion, we highly recommend to order in advance and keep the products in your fridge. Cooking & Reheating instructions are available with your products or on the product page.

Can I make changes to my order? 

Depending on the status of your order:

  • Unfulfilled Orders: Orders which has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to assist with changes.
  • Fulfilled Orders: Orders which has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.
