the picture represented fatty BBQ but the ones that I got were very lean. the flavour was very good but I would prefer more fat in my BBQ

We completely understand your preference as well, some customers do love a fattier cut for that extra richness and classic BBQ texture. Since we prepare our BBQ in batches using fresh cuts, the fat content can naturally vary a bit from time to time.

Ordered the pork barbecue and it was absolutely delicious so flavorful and honestly addictive! My kids loved them too and kept asking for more. Definitely one of those meals that disappears so fast you forget to take pictures 😂 Highly recommended!

We paid for this to be delivered on 24/12/25 and remains undelivered today despite us reaching out multiple times. My last few emails have obviously been ignored, and at this point we might have to escalate this matter according to the Consumer Rights Act. I've already emailed them about potential escalation but still no response. I'm really disappointed because I wanted to keep buying from Uncle Pinoy. This is not the first time we bought from them so I don't understand this treatment. The whole experience for our purchase for 24/12/25 (multiple items) was disappointing and this was only one of the issues we raised with them.
We are truly sorry for the delayed response, your experience deserves far better than this. We hear you and we completely understand your frustration. Not receiving your Christmas Eve order, being left without a response after reaching out multiple times, and feeling ignored as a loyal customer is absolutely unacceptable and we take full responsibility for falling short in every way. We sincerely apologise for letting you down, especially after the trust you have placed in us. Your feedback is something we do not take lightly and we are deeply sorry.

Overall the food was delivered on the time frame . I was surprised it was frozen , I was expecting no need of cooking . But it's tasty

Just received my order and product is not the same as last time as it was too light weight and the meat per stick is too little. I am so disappointed with my order.

Didn’t get the chance to try the pork barbeque sticks became we gave it as a gift for my brother who loves grilled stuff. Delivery was on time and packaging was good which was really great. My only issue was, the items were smaller than what we have expected. I will order again though to actually try them.

The bbq was okay, I am looking for more moisture and as I used it for bbq and these were already cook, It would be better if Papacooks will include a sachet of sauce, i find it hard to bite and was looking for the bbq we were doing as upon cooking ours, we kept brushing it with sauce. I would still support Papacooks and Uncle pinoy so hope this feedback would help.
