Your sisig is more on fats and tendon. Please put more meat rather than fats and tendon taste is okay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the flavour of our sisig.😊

Our sisig is made using a carefully selected mix of pork cuts, including traditional cuts from the pork mask and jowl, which naturally contain a balance of meat, fat, and collagen. This is what gives authentic sisig its signature texture and rich flavour.

That said, we understand everyone has their own preference when it comes to the meat-to-fat ratio. We'll be sharing your feedback with our kitchen team as we continue to review consistency across every batch. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and thank you for your support. ❤️
